What we sell

Illustrated study material for people learning phlebotomy and preparing for a phlebotomy certification exam in the United States, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically.

This is study material, not a course. It does not issue a certificate or a licence, it does not count as training or clinical hours, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by NHA, ASCP, AMT, NCCT or any other certifying body. The practice questions were written for this material and are not official exam questions. The books follow the CLSI standards and common US practice; where laboratories differ, they say so. Your facility’s procedure manual always has the final word.

Your purchase

One payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes.
If a title is sold before it is finished, the checkout and the email say so and give you the date it arrives. You pay the pre-sale price once and receive the finished book in the same folder, at no extra cost.

What you may and may not do with the files

You may read the files on your own devices and print them as often as you want for your own use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites or distribute them to third parties.

Liability

We take care that the content matches the published standards it cites. Even so, the material is educational: how you collect, handle and process a specimen at work is governed by your training, your supervisor and your facility’s procedures, and the result of any exam is yours. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
