30 days

If something is wrong with what you bought, you get your money back in full, within 30 days of the purchase. Something is wrong when:

a file does not open or is damaged;
what you received is not what this site described;
you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not choose;
the download never arrived and we could not get it to you.

Write to info@studiofacilebook.com from the address you bought with, tell us what happened, and we either fix it or refund you. Most problems are a file that did not arrive, and that is solved in minutes.

Pre-sale titles

When a title is sold before it is finished, the checkout and the email say so and give the date. If the book does not arrive by that date, you get a full refund of that item on request.

How the money comes back

To the same card, through Stripe. It usually appears in 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Digital goods

These are downloadable files, so the usual statutory withdrawal period for digital content does not apply once the download has started. The 30-day policy above is what we offer on top of that, and it stands.
