What we collect

• Your email address and name, which you give us at checkout so we can deliver what you bought and answer you.
• Payment data, handled by Stripe. We receive the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card; we never receive the full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and approximate location from your IP address, and whether you opened the delivery email and the download link. We use this to deliver, to answer support, and as evidence if a payment is disputed.

Advertising

This site uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure which ads lead to a purchase and to avoid showing ads to people who already bought. You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences and in your browser.

Who else sees your data

Only the services that make the purchase work: Stripe (payments), Brevo (delivery and support email), Google Drive (where the files you bought are stored), Vercel and Supabase (hosting), and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email and support history until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Write to info@studiofacilebook.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving email from us. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
